HI. MY NAME IS ELIZABETH SANDERS.
I look to the future because that's where I'm going to spend the rest of my life

    About

      Downtowner.

      Downtowner.

Just a hop, skip and a jump away from the FedEx Forum, Autozone Park and the best restaurants and bars in the city, downtown Memphis is the prime time place to live. Walk everywhere? Watch sunsets on the river? Don’t mind if I do.

      Dreamer.

      Dreamer.

I set lofty goals. I love adventures. I have a vivid, peculiar imagination. Sometimes you don’t even wanna know what’s goin’ on in my head. I may be weird, but at least I’m not boring.

      Designer.

      Designer.

Sometimes it’s a curse, I want to redesign everything. But I get to use technology and creativity to communicate in ways not everyone can… cool. I love Apple products, Adobe Creative Suite, drinking coffee, sports and music that makes me wanna move. RESUME

Ah, fantasy football – I’m sad to see this season end. As CHAMPION of this year’s league Show Us Your TDs, I look back … First of all, as the only chick in a 12 team league, I knew I had to pick a creative nickname. Yeah, it’s a little inappropriate, …

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXMJEf-73os My friends and I did this. It was really fun and totally chill – they don’t even time it, so you could say it’s a pretty laid back event. The course on Mud Island featured some fun obstacles including a slip ‘n slide and an ice bath, which felt …

Oh, the Big Easy. I don’t even know where to start, the New Orleans Rock ‘N’ Roll Marathon was the most fun I’ve had running. Wait… what? Mardi Gras… Rock N’ Roll. 22,000 people, a beautiful day and beer. I’ve run two marathons prior to this race that served …

In October 2011, I ran my second marathon in Atlanta, Georgia – two years after I ran my first, making it seem like it was the first time all over again. After recovering from a mid-foot sprain that kept me from running for more than 8 weeks, I started …

This was a really fun project. If you’ve seen any trailer mash ups before, the goal is to take parts of a movie and design a trailer that creates a completely different plot than the original. For this project, I watched the whole film Marley and Me, taking notes of …

This picture perfectly captures how it felt to finish my first marathon. Since a young age, I’ve loved to run, but the St. Jude Memphis Marathon in 2009 was my first actual registered race longer than a 5K. I was unprepared for how the accomplishment of my goal overwhelmed me. …

Not that I got there in time to see the opening act, but from what I heard from @therealgirltalk the day of the show, Penguin Prison couldn’t make it to open because of illness. Junk Culture, also on the Illegal Art label, filled in. Girl Talk started around 9:30 and …
